1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Silex Holdings, Inc. (doing business as Styl'n) regarding your use of the Styl'n mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Services").

2. Description of Services

Styl'n provides an AI-powered fashion platform that enables users to:

• Extract clothing items from photos
• Visualize outfits through virtual try-on technology
• Organize a digital closet of clothing items
• Create and share outfit books
• Discover and purchase fashion items through affiliate links
• Follow other users and share fashion inspiration

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Styl'n. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent.

4. Account Registration

4.1 Account Creation

• You may create an account using Apple Sign-In, Google Sign-In, or email
• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4.2 Account Termination

• You may delete your account at any time through the app settings
• We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms
• Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy

5. Subscription Plans and Pricing

5.1 Subscription Tiers

• Free: 1 AI generation per day, basic features
• Plus ($9.99/month): 6 AI generations per day, ad-free, HD exports
• Pro ($19.99/month): 13 AI generations per day, batch operations, analytics
• Creator ($49.99/month): 30 AI generations per day, advanced features, API access

5.2 Payment and Billing

• Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store
• Payments are processed by Apple; we do not store payment information
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled 24 hours before renewal
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice

5.3 Refunds

• All subscription purchases are subject to Apple's refund policy
• Contact Apple Support for refund requests
• We do not offer prorated refunds for mid-cycle cancellations

6. User Content and Conduct

6.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of photos and content you upload. By uploading, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, process, and display your content to provide the Services.

6.2 Content Restrictions

You agree NOT to upload content that:

• Contains nudity, pornography, or sexually explicit material
• Depicts violence, gore, or harmful content
• Depicts minors in any inappropriate context
• Contains hate speech, harassment, or discriminatory content
• Infringes intellectual property rights
• Violates privacy rights or applicable laws

6.3 Prohibited Conduct

• Creating multiple accounts to evade limits
• Reverse engineering or hacking the app
• Using automated bots or scrapers
• Impersonating others

7. Intellectual Property

Styl'n and all related trademarks, logos, and service marks are owned by Silex Holdings, Inc. The app design, code, and AI models are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

8. AI Services and Limitations

• Virtual try-on and extraction use AI and may not be perfectly accurate
• Results are for visualization purposes only
• Daily generation limits are enforced based on your subscription tier
• We strive for 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service

9. Affiliate Links

Styl'n participates in affiliate marketing programs. When you purchase through our links, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. We are not responsible for products sold by third-party retailers.

10. Privacy

Your use of Styl'n is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

11. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE AI ACCURACY OR THAT SERVICES WILL BE ERROR-FREE.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SILEX HOLDINGS INC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

13. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Texas, USA. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association's rules.

14. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting updated Terms with a new date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

15. Apple App Store

If you downloaded Styl'n from Apple's App Store:

• These Terms are between you and Silex Holdings, Inc., not Apple
• Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support
• Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms
• You must comply with Apple's Usage Rules
